The third stop on our apartment tour: Villa Silvia. Or should I say: villas? Because Villa Silvia boasts two completely newly renovated apartments, both absolutely lovely. They’re located at the heart of the city and yet close to nature. Your holiday home is located in beautiful Schabs and impresses with its perfect location: close to the Rio Pusteria/Gitschberg Jochtal, Plose, and Plan de Corones/Kronplatz hiking and skiing areas and just a five-minute drive from the charming bishop’s city of Brixen. If you love nature and are longing for a holiday dedicated to peace and freedom, why not embark on an imaginary journey through the apartments of Villa Silvia? I’ll be your guide!
Rate information
A deposit of 20% of the full amount is due at the time of booking. You can pay the remaining amount a week before arrival. The quoted rates are per day for the number of people listed. The tourist tax of €1.80 per day and person from 14 years old is not included in the rate (this is paid directly on site).

My Villa Silvia tips for you
- Let your mountain adventure begin: You’re just a 10-minute drive away from the Rio Pusteria/Gitschberg Jochtal skiing and hiking area with its numerous hiking trails and ski slopes – a natural delight in both summer and winter!
- Hop onto the saddle: A cycle path runs right past my two apartments, which takes you into Val Pusteria/Pustertal, to Bolzano, or up to the Brenner pass.
- Have you already heard of South Tyrol’s fifth season? I’m talking about “Törggelen”, during which traditional dishes and young wines are served. My tip: a “Törggelen” hike to Trinnerhof guesthouse near Natz-Schabs or Walderhof guesthouse in Natz.
- The taste of bella Italia: Treat yourself to a scrumptious Neapolitan pizza at Restaurant Putzer in Schabs or pamper your palate at the historic Mühlbacher Klause with its fantastic play area for kids.

Arriving by train
From Brixen train station, take bus 401 or 310 to the bus stop “Sciaves, Peintnerhof”. From the bus stop, walk around 60 metres to the left until you reach the crossroads. There, turn left into Via Kreuzgasse. After around 150 metres, you’ll see your holiday home on your left-hand side. Welcome to Villa Silvia!

- You’ll find the universal key for the apartment in the key box. We’ll send you the code for the key box closer to the time.
- Self-check-in from 3 p.m. | Self-check-out by 10 a.m. – flexible, quick, simple
- Bed linen, hand and bath towels, electricity and heating costs, and high-speed fibreglass internet connection are included in the rate.
- A one-off final cleaning fee of €50 is charged for Apartment 201 and €70 for Apartment 202.
- Payment may only be made by bank transfer or by credit card for bookings made online via the website (except for the local tax, which is paid on site).
- Pets are only allowed upon request and as an exception. A one-off fee of €80 is charged for this.
- The lost key fee is €50
- Cancellation policy: free of charge up to 30 days before arrival, 50% from 30 to 15 days before arrival, 100% from 14 days
